THE SPACE
Located in South Yarra between the popular areas of Chapel Street and Toorak Village, this beautiful home is very close to shops, parks, restaurants, and all this great city has to offer. It is located in a fantastic location on Toorak Road, with tram stops at the door and between two railway stations.
This well-designed apartment is newly furnished and offers the ultimate experience of an inner-city lifestyle in a truly outstanding location.
Enjoy the space of having three comfortable bedrooms that sleeps 6 guests. Two of the bedrooms are located at one end of the apartment whilst another bedroom located on the other side, off the living and dining area.
The separate kitchen has all your cooking needs. Sit down and relax in the open plan living and dining area including a smart 65” TV.
Bathroom features separate shower and bath, with washing machine and dryer.
Please note that there are no lifts at the home. Guests must climb two flights of stairs to get to the apartment.
The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

There is undercover parking available for your stay in the car park. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.
ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we reserve the right to evict guests.
Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.
