During the regular off-peak Autumn/Winter/Spring period (not including public and school holidays), we can provide a 'special offer' which is to add in one extra night free of charge when you book at least two nights or two extra nights if you book at least four nights. If you wish to take up this option, reach out to us in the first instance to determine the correct booking process.
Our home is fully set up to allow our guests to concentrate on enjoying their stay and spending time on themselves, family or loved ones.
Three immaculately presented, great sized rooms allow you to settle in with comfort.
The house has fully functioning kitchen and amenities as well as an outdoor BBQ.
The living area extends onto a large outdoor patio area via large sliding glass doors which brings the outdoors indoors and vice versa. This is the ideal space for sitting back and entertaining. The patio is covered by a good sized verandah allowing the space to be used in all sorts of weather conditions, extending the livable area.
The following is a summary of our Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct requires guests to:
• Behave responsibly during your stay. Loud yelling, screaming, cheering and aggressive behaviour is NOT acceptable and may result in the early termination of your stay if a complaint is received by Council
• No additional accommodation is permitted on site such as tents, caravans, campervans
• Do not use outdoor areas for activity between 11.00 pm to 7.00 am
• Place all waste into the bins provided prior to leaving
• Park all vehicles within the property boundary.
Additionally, we require you to:
• Abide by the conditions, rules and policies detailed within the online booking platform associated with your short stay rental agreement.
Please be mindful while enjoying your stay that surrounding neighbours live in this community and are entitled to peace and amenity in their residential area, thank you.
A serious breach of the Code of Conduct may result in the termination of your rental agreement and require you to immediately vacate the property.
