It's a contemporary house with four bedrooms, one master bedroom with ensuite and a large walk-in robe. Three bedrooms with built-in robes and central bathroom and toilet. The house is located in point cook close to shopping centres, close to public transport and access to Highway. Parking available. Garage is not included in the booking. High-speed Wi-Fi. Fridge, kitchen,tv, and laundry are free to use . The four bedrooms, four living areas, backyard, spa, in short the entire place is yours to occupy, property is cleaned regularly.

The entire house, master with ensuite and spa, other three bedrooms with queen bed and built-in robes, every bedroom has a key lock for privacy. Central bathroom and toilet. Enjoy four living spaces. Large backyard. Kitchen with ample space to cook up a feast with a walk-in pantry. Ducted heating for the entire house, reverse cycle airconditioning in the bedroom and living areas. An electric fireplace to while away those winter blues.

The estate is about 24kms or 20 mins west of Melbourne. from the princes, hwy take point cook rd exit or palmers road exit. Laverton or Aircraft train stations are the closest, bus service every 20 mins comes to 2 mins walk from the property. close to werribee, Williamslanding, Altona, Hoppers crossing.
The estate is also a resort, plenty of walking or cycling paths. A well equipped park is a 5 min walk from the property. Guests can access facilities such as gym, sauna, and swimming pool.Laverton, Altona, Werribee, and Williams landing all are close by. Three shopping centres in point cook means plenty of options for shopping and eating out. Werribbe plaza is only a 15-minute drive if you feel like having more shopping options with Myer, H&M, and Uniglo. Werribee Zoo, Williamstown, and Altona beaches are all close by. Good location to stay on your way or back from the great Ocean road.
