RYE Family Apartments – Budget Accommodation
If you have ever travelled down Southern Peninsula you will know exactly where these properties are situated.
Situated in prime position on Point Nepean Road, Tootgarook – opposite beach and walking distance along the foreshore to Rye shops.
Budget accommodation for the family to enjoy some time away without breaking the bank. Get your extended family to book other apartments and have a great time, with the kids playing with their cousins. Ample parking, great front yard for the kids to play, playground equipment at the rear, laundry facilities. Ten apartments in total.
Step up to the small porch with small outdoor table and chairs to enjoy the sunrise (if you are up early enough) then walk through to the open plan area all with polished floors - dining table, couches, TV, split system and kitchen with gas cooking, microwave, fridge, pantry, etc. Bathroom with shower and vanity and separate toilet. Two bedrooms with polished floors and built in robes.

Wineries are abundant on the Mornington Peninsula and a short 15 minute drive up into the hills will get you to some of the finest restaurants and wineries on offer. Boating, fishing and all the beach has to offer is across the road. Mini golf, tenpin bowling and other amusements to keep the kids occupied are all within a short stroll. Situated on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, with everything at your doorstep - wineries, beaches, spas, tourist attractions.

Linen and towels are provided, BYO beach towels.

Nancy from the real estate agency managing these properties is the most abhorrent, rude, unpleasant, unprofessional and the greatest disservice to the owners investment and its tenants. We called with numerous issues repetitively and when she did return my call, the line cut out due to reception and she didnt call us back to resolve the issues and despite leaving numerous messages she did not answer or return our calls. We paid for 3 nights and left and returned home due to the significant issues and especially the air-conditioning not working despite the heat. I will never stay here again or any other holiday rentals leases by this agent. Shockingly she is the boss. When I asked to speak with another person from management her exact words were "Im the boss and badluck your stuck with me" and apparently "you people" (racist stereotypes and undertones) dont understand how things are run here in Australia. Despite the fact that I was born in Australian. I told her that my mother was a real estate agent in Melbourne and her response was "Then go lease a holiday rental from her". I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Save your money, valuable time and sanity by not staying anywhere that is managed by "Mornington Peninsula Rentals ". If I was a landlord I would move my investment and business elsewhere as this vile, disgusting, rude and unprofessional individual named Nancy would only cause loss and destroy ny investment income potential.
