Disappointing Stay with Maintenance Issues and Inconveniences
We stayed for two nights at this property, unfortunately leaving early due to very disruptive neighbours. While the house itself has potential, there were several issues that made our stay less than ideal.The property had a lot of rules, which we didn't mind, but there were multiple inconveniences that didn't align with the description or property requirements. Upon arrival, we discovered a broken bed that had been temporarily fixed but was unsafe to sleep on. The fly screen was also popped out, which we had to repair ourselves to ensure the safety of our family and belongings.The cleanliness left much to be desired; the couches were very dirty, and the cups and cutlery needed to be thoroughly cleaned before use. Additionally, we had to purchase a new power board to get the other air conditioner working, as the one provided kept tripping out. With young children and the house getting extremely hot, it was crucial to have both air conditioners functioning.Although the listing mentioned an extra charge for linen and towels (which we brought ourselves), there were no tea towels or bathroom mats provided. The bins were also completely full upon our arrival, so we had no place to dispose of our rubbish during our stay.Overall, the house was nice, but I would not recommend it for families with young children or anyone looking for a fully relaxing holiday. If you decide to stay here, be prepared to bring your own essentials and handle some maintenance issues on your own.
