All beds and bedding are hotel quality, all underlays and pillow protectors are anti-allergenic. Your nightly rate includes Bed linens (no towels) for guest numbers as booked (so 2 guests is 1 queen, 3 guests 2 queens or 1 queen 2 singles etc etc), extra linens can be set up for $25 per single / $50 per queen NOTE - towels are NOT included but can be added for $15pp

Relax on one of the two the cottage decks or retreat to watch TV in your own rooms, there are plenty of spaces for the whole group

COVID-19 - whilst we have a “no refund” policy, rest assured if there is another “do not travel lockdown” during any of your booked dates you would be able to reschedule your dates for another time with NO penalty for a same value stay (or just pay extra if its more than your original booking) – if perchance you wouldn’t be sure which dates to book then you would have a full credit for the rental to use any other time at any of my 4 houses .....still no refund, but no loss of rental either! We are all in this new normal travel aspect together

all young adults are welcomed with additional parental guarantee/contact & additional refundable bonds . We know you will be respectful to our house and neighbours at all times, and we offer a safe, friendly environment for all registered guests to chill out together after your exams (or other times in the year)

If the booking made with standard bond, then a CASH BOND will need time be transferred by EFT upon booking
