The interior is light, bright and modern, with polished floorboards throughout. With a beautiful aspect, views of trees and mountains and the abundance of birdlife, you will enjoy a relaxing stay.
The space
Make yourself at home in the large open-plan living and dining area, or outside on the spacious deck overlooking the large, private, fully enclosed garden.
There is a separate ‘snug’ living area with a large TV that can be closed off the main area.
There are three queen-sized bedrooms and two beautifully renovated bathrooms, one with a deep soaker tub. All linens and towels will be provided for your stay.
The fully equipped modern kitchen has everything you need, including pantry basics, otherwise, there is a Weber BBQ on the deck.
There is a laundry with a washer and dryer.
The Euro slow combustion log burning fire in the centre of the house will keep you warm, along with central gas floor heating for convenience. In warmer months, the house has fully ducted evaporative cooling.
We also have a fire pit in the backyard, perfect for watching the sunset and roasting marshmallows.
There are many native birds and possums that will visit at various times of the day and night.
Located only a 5-minute flat walk from the centre of Healesville, including Innocent Bystander, Matilda Bay, and Four Pillars. There is a large playground with tennis courts and a local pool nearby.
