Highly recommend. 2 adults and 2 children booked in for our stay and everything was perfect. Communication was brilliant from beginning to end. The property is clean, very family friendly and has secure parking. You can tell that a lot of thought and planning has gone in to making sure the property has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Check in and check out process very simple. Perfect in every way
I was most impressed by this property, everything had been thought of from board games to bandaids and Netflix to beach towels. The unit is only small but immaculate and very modern. I loved the decor, very fresh and clean. The location is perfect for exploring the Mornington Peninsula, a short drive to most attractions including the hot springs and Arthur's seat. There is an Italian, Thai, Vietnamese and Fish and Chip eatery within easy walking distance and the beach is located right across the road (no beach views from the balcony though due to trees). The property complex is very secure, a code is required to enter the car park as well as the unit. The directions given before our arrival were perfect and whilst a little overwhelming, they were easy to follow upon our arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and would highly recommend it.

Nirvana Stays - perfect place, perfect location
We had a wonderful time at Nirvana Stays on a recent cool but sunny June weekend. Where do we start? The property itself is a delight. A cosy two bedroom place that is exactly as advertised and features everything a family of four would require. Two Queen beds, a fully functional kitchen stocked with kitchenware and essentials, a coffee machine (we love our coffee!), laundry, bathroom, WIFI, two TV's with Netflix (the kids loved this!!) plus games, toys and books that kept the kids occupied. Secure undercover parking is also a convenient bonus. Most importantly - the place is super CLEAN. Spotless and well maintained which is essential for us. The owners takes great pride in presenting their property and its clear and wonderful to see. Location : Perfect. Eat in and takeaway options are a 2 minute walk downstairs and the beach is literally across the road. We were also within a 4 minute drive to shops/supermarket in Rosebud and also short drives from Rye, Sorrento and Portsea. During our stay we were able to access many of the delights the Mornington Peninsula has to offer, including; the Enchanted Adventure Garden in Arthur's Seat, Dromana Drive-in, restaurants in Sorrento and Rye, The Portsea Hotel, mini Golf in Rosebud and off-course miles of beautiful beach! While both the location and property are brilliant - our experience was made perfect due to our kind, friendly and caring host Carmella. Carmella is helpful, easy to contact would check in with us over the weekend and provided us with helpful tips regarding local sites and eateries. Her hospitality has been greatly appreciated by all of us. This is a fantastic place we'd highly recommend to all. Can’t wait to go back - perhaps during summer! Thank-you Carmella and Nirvana Stays! Midweek winter getaway
I stayed at this property with a friend. It was exactly as described, cute little 2 bedroom place located in a convenient spot. Carmela was in contact with us to make sure everything was ok. Located very close to hot springs which is why we went. Would def recommended for people to stay here :-)
