Oceanic Apartments is Motel style accommodation, individual apartments with private gated entry.

UPSTAIRS BEDROOM: 1 x King Bed, 2 x Single beds. Sleeping up to a maximum of 4 guests
DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM: 1 with vanity, toilet, shower over bath.
ALLOCATED CAR SPACE: 1 for apartment 10. Street parking is available but be sure to check signage and any parking restrictions that may be in force at the time.
Min set nights from mid- December/January. Min 2 nights all other times, min 3 nights public holidays & long weekends, min 4 nights Easter.

GROUND ENTRY LEVEL
Welcoming private courtyard with table and chairs, enjoy a morning coffee or an aperitif of an evening.
Open plan living area with couch, chairs, coffee table, small dining table and chairs, television & electric wall panel heating. Kitchenette equipped with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric frypan & skillet, plates, glasses, cutlery, washing machine & small clothes line in the rear yard. Please note: no dryer. There is no laundry at this motel style accommodation. You may request linen laundering for a small charge if your stay is 7 nights or more. Bathroom with vanity, shower over bath, toilet. A small, private rear courtyard with a table and chairs to enjoy the morning sun or the evening stars. Wi-Fi included. A dedicated communal BBQ area for all guests use during your stay is available.

UPSTAIRS
Located at the top of the stairs is a reverse cycle air-conditioner that caters to both floors.
King size bed with 2 bedside tables. 2 x single beds and a central wardrobe.

LINEN
A full bed linen and bathroom linen package is included with every booking that caters for up to 2 guests. Extra charge of $50 per night for a 3rd and 4th guest which will apply after your booking is secured. BYO beach towels.

STRICTLY
No schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests will be considered. Instant bookings that do not comply with the minimum requirements will not be accepted and will be cancelled. Our booking terms and conditions cancellation policy will apply.

PETS
Sorry your pet is not permitted to stay at Oceanic. Service animals are exempt. Registration details must be provided.
