Families and friends will find plenty to do, and the beach is just a short walk away.
Ground level features three bedrooms, including two with Queen beds and two with Single bunk beds. There’s one bathroom and a separate toilet. The open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area is comfortable with a gas fireplace, reverse cycle air-conditioning, smart TV, Wi-Fi, and an extendable dining table that seats up to 10. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, hot plates, refrigerator, pod coffee machine, and a small island bench with stools. Outside, you’ll find an undercover dining area with a table and chairs for alfresco meals, plus a weber BBQ and an additional outdoor table and chairs for larger gatherings or multiple family groups.

PETS
Non shedding, hypoallergenic small sized pet is welcome on application. A description of your pet is required. Breed, Size, Age. Do not book then advise as we do not wish to disappoint if your pet is not approved by our owner. The perimeter is not fully secure and guests will accept all responsibility for their furry friends whilst on holiday.
LINEN
A full bed and bathroom linen package with pool towels is included with every booking based on number of guests. BYO Beach towels.
STRICTLY
No schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests 28+ will be considered. Instant bookings that do not comply with the minimum requirements will not be accepted and will be cancelled. Our booking terms and conditions cancellation policy will apply.
