The property accommodates up to four guests, offering two bedrooms. The cosy master bedroom features a comfortable Queen bed, and the second bedroom is ideal for kids or extra guests with a single bunk bed.

Enjoy the warmth and ambiance of the wood fire in the living room, perfect for those cooler evenings. The living area is designed for relaxation with comfortable seating and a charming atmosphere. Gather around the fire pit in the backyard for memorable evenings under the stars and those evenings toasting marshmallow.

The double carport provides convenient parking for your vehicles. The property includes one well-appointed bathroom, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.

Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided and included in the price.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

We do not allow Bucks / Hen's parties or end of High School Getaways / Schoolies.

Well behaved (small) pet welcome but not on furniture or beds and all traces of pet need to be cleaned up prior to departure. Extra charges apply if this is not done.
