Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Booked this property and at the last second I was told there is a “Maintenace” issue that meant we couldn’t stay at the property! They sent me an “upgrade” to 20 Simpson crescent Hallam, a further 15 minutes to our daily commute. This replacement property was the most run down terrible property I have ever stayed in EVER. It was full of spiders and bugs inside, very old property, yard areas are an absolute mess, random bricks laying in the driveway, no gardening been done for a very long time. Showers are terrible, old and have mould. Washing machine didn’t work properly, the list goes on! After questioning the “upgrade” I was offered a $350 discount that still hasn’t been paid. These properties are managed by StayAu and I genuinely don’t think the golf course property is even real or a rental and just sucks you in for bookings then they change it!
