Enjoy your peaceful and relaxing stay at Gracie’s Lane Luxury 1 bedroom villa. Situated on our stunning and private equestrian and English Leicester sheep property, you will be situated central to all hinterland and beachside attractions and wineries on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. For the equestrian lovers, we are situated less than 10 minutes from Boneo Park Equestrian Centre.
Beautifully appointed and furnished with only two adjoining villas available under the same roof. Villa 1 has one king size bed and is perfect for that romantic get away.
Full kitchenette with full size fridge and freezer and microwave and huge Smart TV. Please note no stove or oven in the kitchenette.
We also have a 2 bedroom villa that accommodates 4 people. For groups of up to 6, both villas can be booked for an unforgettable experience.

We stayed in Villa 1. Beautiful Villa with all the comforts we needed. Would have loved to have stayed longer to be able to enjoy the property . Actually we would love to stay in the 2nd Villa where there is an open fire in the cooler weather. Thank you for your hospitality Love Kay and Brent

An Oasis of Peace
We stayed over Christmas looking for somewhere to give us a break from Family events, and the Villa was perfect for our needs. The Villa looks brand new and everything inside has been done to a high standard. The setting on a sheep and horse property in it's own shallow valley makes for a real sense of quiet, and the views around are really beautiful. Very comfortable and well set up, and while the kitchen facilities are compact and more limited, not really suitable for cooking up a storm from scratch, they nonetheless had good facilities for this size of accommodation and for what we needed was just perfect. We would go back happily.

Home stay with horses
Great location, close to everything the area has to offer. The property itself was fantastic, great self contained 1 bedroom unit with spacious living, dining and kitchenette. Very well appointed, with a lovely breakfast box. Added benefit of being on an equestrian property, so got to see and pat the horses each day.

Wonderful weekend away
We had a great stay at Gracie’s Lane BnB! The Villa was the perfect size for my partner and I and it was beautifully furnished. Mellisa was amazing to deal with in the lead up and during our stay! Can’t fault anything about our stay!
