There are 4 bedrooms upstairs and a renovated family bathroom with bathtub and an extra bathroom downstairs. All the bedrooms are carpeted with comfortable beds and high quality linen and towels. The open plan living/dining/kitchen area flows out to an enormous decking area overlooking the Warrandyte valley giving you a sense of staying in a tree-house - watch out for an array of bird life often flying right up to the balcony. Plenty of outdoor lounges are available for all guests to enjoy time relaxing outdoors.
Downstairs is an additional rumpus room with pool table, additional lounges, an enormous outdoor dining suite catering for 10 people and access to barbecue facilities. The rumpus room leads out on the enormous garden spread across several levels, with salt-water pool (unheated) and sun lounge and the enormous bottom level providing various citrus trees and enough room to pitch a few tents if you are so inclined (special permission required)!
Please note: there is a 5th enormous King-size bedroom downstairs near the spa area that is undergoing renovations after storm damage. We will updating the listing when this becomes available again.
The main house easily sleeps 8/9 people in the 4 bedrooms/5 beds If you have more than 8 guests staying the night, they can sleep on an airmattress downstairs on either of the comfortable couches.
Well- behaved pets are welcome on the property but will incur a $100 fee per pet per stay and additional cleaning fees may apply if you don’t pick up poo thoroughly before you leave.
Please note this property is on a slope and across 2 levels which makes for a lovely view and for a wonderful garden to explore, but it may not suitable for elderly guests who find it hard to manage stairs. there is provision to drive your car into the driveway in which case there are only 2 small stairs to the upper level where the main lay-out is, but it requires competent drivers to negotiate the steep slope into the driveway. 4 cars fit in the driveway of the property (2 need to parked on a slope) and there is an additional parking spot on the top right of the house on the street) so 5 in total without the garage. Please do not park in neighbours spots!
