Croxton - Lovely 3 Bedroom House

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
A spacious 3 bedroom house in the family-friendly neighbourhood of Northcote. The accommodation hosts an open plan kitchen and living room that extends into a beautiful alfresco area for indoor/ outdoor living. The home has a lovely home away from home feel packed with creature comfort features.

The open plan kitchen/living room means everyone can enjoy a chat whilst prepping food/watching the kids and entertaining whilst the hallway door closes off noise for those in the rest of the house. The kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking and dining needs and entertaining kids of all ages with a broad selection of games, puzzles toys and books to keep them occupied for hours. The alfresco area boasts a fantastic entertaining area with BBQ and built in seating for lounging around reading a book/ having naps/ hosting drinks.

3: 1 x Tribunk and 1 King Single

Guest will have access to the entire house. Some cabinets or sheds may have restriction owner access only.

Quiet and family friendly with lots of cafe and restaurants.

2 minutes to Croxton station that gets you into the CBD in 20mins. St Georges Road bike path, number 11 or 86 trams are also at the end of the road.

An excellent selection of cafes, shops, bars and pubs are just a short walk away.
