Cozy Pool Paradise with **Heated-Pool In Winter Months**

Newly remodeled home has HEATED POOL (only heated In the winter months) , a master suite with private bathroom, walk in closet, and two additional beach themed rooms. You will have the entire house to yourself including the (15'x30') 7ft deep pool with patio furniture that is completely screened in. The backyard is also completely fenced in for your privacy. You can also enjoy cable TV in all the rooms along with WiFi. The property is a cozy place to relax in whether your with your friends or family. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pots & pans, small appliances, iron & ironing board, and a pack an play. There is a charcoal grill for guest use along with all grilling utensils. Washer and Dryer available for guest use. The pool is cleaned twice a week and lawn is mowed weekly. There is also ADT surveillance & security on the property for guest use with your door lock code, one camera on the doorbell, and another on the driveway. There are no cameras in the back of house by the pool for guest privacy. And let's not forget you can see the space launch from the back yard and the beach is less than 10 minutes away!! Located in a quiet neighborhood, locally to all the places you need or want. Beach quick drive away, plenty of spots to eat. We just wanted to relax and that we did. Beds comfortable, pool relaxing and fully adequate kitchen.

The house has everything you need and it is as advertised. Very clean and updated. Plenty of room and a convenient location. As you drive in, the neighborhood is a bit sketchy. Once you pull in the driveway, it’s a different story. Owner was very gracious and allowed us to check in a couple of hours early. We would definitely stay here again.

We all greatly enjoyed our stay at the house!!! It was beautiful,comfortable and very accommodating!!! You all had everything we needed and then some!!! Stayed for our wedding weekend and we couldn't have asked for more. Unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy the pool due to the short stay and the wedding preparations, but we are looking forward to visiting again if Casey and Chan will have us back. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, bathrooms were big and had plenty of amenities which was a pleasant extra, like toothbrushes, razors and full size shampoo and shower gels. We wanted a last minute getaway and this house was perfect and affordable. Close to everything it was perfect for a weekend getaway we didn’t want to leave.
