A starter pack of tea, instant coffee provided along with all the other amenities you’ll require for a comfortable stay. We also provide lavish hand soap, hand cream, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)

Well behaved pet welcome but not on furniture or beds and all traces of pet need to be cleaned up prior to departure. Extra charges apply if this is not done.

Inaccurate Stayz listing
Really enjoyed staying at this location close to trains and a myriad of amazing restaurants and cafes - the property was great but had some very disappointing aspects - the sliding door to middle bedroom was not fully on the roller/hinges properly and was very heavy to open and close; louvre doors for third bedroom were also difficult to open and close with many of the louvre clips holding them in place broken or missing; the main bathroom was very smelly with no window - potential sewerage issue in the past?? THERE WAS NO DRYER. The only reason we chose this property was for the convenience of a dryer. The listing clearly states: "Washing machine & dryer". I enquired with the host the morning after arrival to be told that the listing had an error and that the owner would not allow a dryer - since that fact was clearly known, it should not have been listed with a dryer. We planned our whole trip around packing light with the knowledge a dryer was on hand - Host told me that she would get the listing corrected - nothing has changed nearly 1 month later - very disappointed to be blatantly misled (Yes, host did offer another property to move to but by then we had a week's worth of groceries and no way to move ourselves, our luggage and our food - so in effect stuck without dryer issue being resolved or any offer of recompense for such a huge disadvantage and inconvenience. Please update your listing and stop misleading all future holiday makers using this property.
