Overall the hotel is good for what you pay, but the reception staff were seriously an issue. I called to advise them of our check in time and still had to wait around half an hour for an unmanned reception (during front desk hours). On check out it was the same thing - nobody there. Hardly ideal after a long flight or drive

The property is strategically located in the heart of Melbourne City within walking distance to nearby malls, free city tram and eateries.
