Brand new beautiful 8.2x4.4m pool with solar heating located in huge north facing backyard with gorgeous timber decking and sandstone paving around to lay out by the pool in deck chair.

Open light and bright living spaces, step down from the large dining area to the gorgeous fully equipped kitchen and large living space with gas log fire. Living room looks out onto a huge deck with 10 seater dining table and full enclosed alfresco with barbecue and drinks fridge.

Or lay back in the freestanding bath tub and gaze at the stars through the ensuite skylight.

We went away to support my niece as she was diagnosed with breast cancer. The house was lovely. Plenty of space for all of us (14). House has a good homely feel. Perfect for our 2 nights away. The owner was a delight to deal with. The only1 thing I can complain about was for the cleaning crew. A little dusty in the rooms. The main bedroom needs a panel or something as when having shower water goes everywhere and not safe. But overall fantastic place. Thanks Joel.

We arrived at the beautiful house and it was very clean and comfortable for us to come into! Had no issues at all with the house! had good communication with the home owners. it fit our group in it perfectly! No complaints with this house at all! Perfect holiday house
We loved our time in Joel's beautiful house. We had a mixture of family and friends from overseas and it worked perfectly with the mix of different living spaces inside and out. Bedrooms and bathrooms were well presented and the kitchen really well equipped. Our host was quick to respond to any query which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend it.

Such a wonderful place to spend time with family and friends.
The property was so spacious and felt like home. Accommodated all my family with ease and has so much space for the grandchildren. Bit of a drive to the beach but not a problem if you like the privacy of your own pool. The house equipped with all your needs but needs a little more attention in cleaning. Overall amazing place!!

Fabulous house and pool
We all had a lovely time celebrating my 50th at this fantastic property. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor space for all the guests to spread out and relax. The pool was huge, and heated to just the right temperature. Beautiful linens on all the beds and a well-equipped kitchen made me feel very spoilt. I loved walking my dog every morning to the coffee shop, and chatting with the locals. Thanks so much Joel.

A beautiful family weekend.
My family of 11 (7 adults and 4 children aged 7 months to 4 years) had a wonderful weekend in Rye. The house was great for our family getaway of 3 generations. The weather for our weekend was glorious so we spent all weekend outside enjoying the lovely garden and pool area. We all had a beautiful time. The furniture was modern and the beds were so, so comfortable. Plenty of space for everyone. There are a couple of negatives- there are no fly wire screens on any door or window so you cannot open any for fresh air or a breeze. It was a warm weekend and it wasn't pleasant having to keep these closed at all times. Our experience would have been enhanced by having serving platters for cheese etc and meals at home. The crockery is a collection of several different sets. The garage was not able to be used and we had 5 cars which made parking difficult. At the time of our stay the pool fence had not been completed which was extremely concerning, especially with small children. The house is not within walking distance of anything but we knew this when we booked. It's a short drive to shops, cafes and the beach.

Nice property with lots of space and big family area.
Very clean property with good layout and big bathrooms . Perfect for family or friends get away. Unfortunately solar heated pool was not heating despite sun during the day but other than that really enjoyed our stay.

The Perfect Host & Home
This home was more than what we could have asked for. It is a beautiful home, with the most warm, welcoming and light atmosphere. The kitchen & main area is perfect for hosting families, friends or a combination. This was the first time my best friends of decades have been able to be away together all at once. It was the perfect weekend. Joel is the most wonderful host. His generosity and help is extremely rare. If we could give him 6/5 stars; we would. Enjoy this home and treat it as your own, it deserves it. Thank you again Joel. We cannot wait to be back in the summer months to enjoy the new beautiful pool and outdoor area with on completion. This home is an all rounder and one we are hopeful we will be able to visit frequently to continue to create wonderful memories! Thank you Joel!

Beautiful!
Loved this place. It was beautiful and spacious. So comfortable & clean. Wished we had booked a longer stay. Not to nitpick but the cleaning service that you use could use a little bit of elbow grease on the refridgerator and coffee machine. But other than that, I would highly recommend this place.

Fun weekend away
Great property to get away… we had an awesome time in this beautiful property. The dogs had a great time too, made great use of the big backyard. Joel gave us some great recommendations for local shops which we visited and cooked up a feast with the great facilities provided. Great amenities including a bbq and coffee machine.
