Was very dirty inside. I mentioned to the owner and they did not seem to care. Waste of money, u less you want to smell rotten sewage in the kitchen and drink dirty water do not stay here

This property is in need of a deep clean, there were clean sheets on the bed and thats where it ended. There looked to be blood on the floor in the living room and every service had some kind of grime on it. The couch was like sitting on a concrete bench and wiifii code did not work. Will not stay again....

Good location for footy, that's about it.
Cold, old, drafty apartment with dodgy heater/aircon. Shower was extremely tiny, no room to move. The couches were small and hard like park benches. The bed was ok though. The only reason anyone would stay here is for the really close proximity to MCG.

This place is not remotely like they describe it. Nothing about deluxe family room. Really run down old tired. Everything is bad. I wouldn't let my dog sleep in here. The staff were okay. No I can't say that because they weren't even there. There was no one at the desk. They just sent an email off lock box instructions

Arriving from regional vic with limited time, we expected a check-in, freshen up & to make our meeting on time. Unfortunatly, our access key didnt work, the phone number given was not attended on Sat & staying in Gibb St & having to walk back to Albert St to replace key. Not a good start.. now we could walk back to the appartment, change & make our way to our meeting, late unfortunately. The reception staff assisted us & was helpful & the property would have been more than adequate if not for a simple tech failure. A swipe key not coded correctly to give us access when we reqired it! Very pòor form! Respectfully

You get what you pay for!!! It is cheap and a little bit nasty. I've never sat on more uncomfortable lounges. Maximum 3 people could fit on them yet it is a 2 bed property. I mean get some cheap comfy lounges from ikea or fantastic furniture. The bathroom had been updated, however if you are a big person you will struggle to access the shower, the opening would be no more than 60cms. The noise from apartment next door and above was very loud. Great position being able to walk 3 blocks to the tram line and a further 800 mtrs to the MCG. We booked the 2 bed apartment for 4 people and were given the free Wifi code but only 3 able to use as a maximum. Ridiculous.

This property had very approachable office staff that were friendly both in person and on the phone. The biggest plus of this Property is its location and being able to walk (with small kids) to rod laver, the cost is also very affordable. The property felt like it needed a deep clean, however sheets and towels were very clean. Furniture was not the best couches were very uncomfortable as were dining chairs. There is parking however it is very tight and if cars don’t get in the lines(which are very small spaces) it is extremely difficult to get out. The property have no way of contacting other guests to move cars if locked in!
