Chelsea is a bayside suburb of Melbourne, located between Edithvale and Bonbeach.
The beach at Chelsea consists of a straight and uninterrupted stretch of coastline, providing scenic views southwards to the Mornington Peninsula. A no boating zone is declared at a 300 metre length of coastline around local surf life saving club, making this area ideal for safe swimming in the sheltered bay waters. A little further south is a short pier which extended into the sea. The foreshore along the beach consists of low sand dunes with groups of colourful bathing boxes situated in native coastal grasses overlooking the water.
The commercial centre of Chelsea is primarily based along the Nepean Highway which runs parallel to the coast. On the eastern side of the highway is a railway line, community buildings and residential areas. The western side of the highway is mainly lined with shops, and behind them is a thin strip of housing which borders the coastal foreshore.
A number of parks and recreational facilities can be found in Chelsea. Victory Park overlooks the beach, located at the end of The Strand and has BBQ facilities and a playground. The Chelsea Bicentennial Park, at the corner of Thames Promenade and Scotch Parade, provides sporting facilities and walking tracks through bushland.
This is a modest unit, and some vintage flair is expected. The view will take your breath away and the easy access to the beach is a plus element to this accommodation space.

- No one wants to pay $350 for smoking inside the property. That's what it costs us to clean it if you do! Please ensure no smoking takes place inside the property and no evidence of smoking waste remains.
- The morning you vacate please wash up your dishes and put them away, or run a cycle of the dishwasher.
- Please put your waste in the bins outside. We understand sometimes these are left full on your arrival... If that's the case please let us know. Additional waste or removal charges apply if we are charged by the cleaners and no one wants to pay for someone else's rubbish!
- Please ensure noise is kept to a minimum after 10pm and silenced by midnight to avoid complaints.
- Should something require repairs or maintenance during your stay, please let us know ASAP so we can assist with troubleshooting and tradespeople if required. We are here to help! Should a call out be required, we will arrange that with the appropriate tradesperson and yourself directly to minimise any inconvenience to you during your stay. Unfortunately if there are issues found to be operator error or damage caused by the user, the cost will be passed on as would be the case in any short stay / hotel accommodation.
- ID is required to place your booking with us.
- We understand accidents happen but please let us know when they do. - Any breakages are charged at fair replacement value to you so please take care with our things.
- Keys and locks are expensive to replace. Please take care with the keys to avoid a $250 replacement charge.
-We love our pets too but our properties are pet free except for assistance animals unless otherwise advertised.
- Please leave the property as you found it :)
- Please turn off the AC when you go out.
- Please respect check-in and check-out times. We would love to be able to offer early check in or late check out but properties need to be cleaned and restocked between bookings.
- Please don’t rearrange the furniture. We don't want you hurting yourselves.
- Lost property retrieval fee $45 plus postage.
And it goes without saying that no illegal substances or activities are allowed on the premises.
