Centrally located (5 min walk, 250ms) to shops, transport and the beach, this 90's style classic Chelsea freestanding 2 bedroom private unit villa with large courtyard is waiting to accompany your next break.

Newly installed fridge, flooring and bedding, large bathroom, seperate toilet, dining and seperate lounge area allows you space to enjoy the natural environs of the beach, parks, bike paths, shops and cafes. Seperate laundry space with washing machine and sink. Parking plentiful.

A favourite with families and older guests, the block is quiet, peaceful and restorative. We are long term residents to the area with decades worth of knowledge both in and around the bayside. We are proudly local.

We pride ourselves on providing an affordable beach holiday for families in a cost of living crisis. We like sharing our space with liked minded families of all persuasions with regular repeat guests coming back again and again.
