3 bedroom house light, airy and stylish house is located in one of Melbourne's most exciting inner city precincts. Full of colour, famous restaurants and cafes this suburb will deliver a great experience of Melbourne.

The location provides a great base for visiting other parts of Melbourne, being only 5 kms to the CBD, 3 kms to vibrant Fitzroy and 2 km to the iconic Carlton. Trams in either direction from the house will provide a real taste of Melbourne, taking you to the city as well as to famous St Kilda beach.

Located in a quiet safe street, the house is modern and comfortable. We have prepared it as we would like to have it ourselves.

Great for the dog!
At the end of the street is a dog friendly park with cafe on corner. Home has all you need for a comfortable stay. Enough room to move about or "hide" on the lounge upstairs. There is one bedroom and bathroom on ground floor which was helpful for guest with stair issues.

We were so happy with our stay here, the location was excellent with both a park at the end of the street and several great cafes within walking distance. The actual house was well equipped and very comfortable for everyone, down to the pillows not being flat pancakes!! Would absolutely recommend this place to families and small groups

There were 4 adults and 4 children in our group and this property suited us ideally. The facilities and inclusions were excellent and the location, with shops and restaurants within an easy walk made for an enjoyable stay. The instructions provided by the host, Sue, were clear and concise and communication with her prior to arrival were great. Brunswick is a bit further from Melbourne CBD than it seemed in the map. Easily accessible via tram on a normal day but with luggage this is a quite a long way to go. Beautiful neighborhood and spacious house. Not sure why the beds couldn't have been made up for us. We loved the espresso machine.

Easy stay, close to public transport, and an easy walk to shops and restaurants. A nice family style home to spend down time in when we weren’t enjoying the tennis etc. We found it very comfortable and would happily book again. Quiet neighbourhood.
