This recently renovated light filled home is a perfect Peninsula getaway. Situated 100m from the Mornington Bay Trail and bay beaches. The local Mount Martha village and its restaurants, cafes and supermarket are only 2km away. Located amongst a quiet group of stand alone units this property is perfect for couples or small families. The alfresco yard is fenced and private, with a gate opening out to park land. Enjoy relaxing and be sure to enjoy some of the many wineries and local attractions!

Great accomodation

My family of four had a very comfortable stay. The unit is well equipped and close to the beach, shops and local amenities. We hope to stay here again!

Modernised Property complete with all the necessary requirements for a self contained stay. Situated off the street and in a quiet location and only a short drive to a shopping village.

A great spot!
