Good customer service! I checked in and out with no hassle, even when I arrived the hotel earlier, they still let me check-in the room due to it was raining at the time. The included breakfast was a bit disappointed as only a slice of bread and a pack of cornflake to be eaten inside the room. Anyway, the room was clean even if this hotel is a bit old. ompared to the cost, perday, I would recommend the Arden hotel to anyone who prefer to live in low budget accomodation.

In its day, this would have been a four star hotel. It has aged since then and the expectations of some might fall short as its a bit shabby. But, when you analyse it, the room was quiet, the shower was powerful and so was the wifi. Parking was convenient and the QV market is nearby. The trade-off for its age is that the pricing was competitive, so the bottom line is that it was fine for our 2 night stay. I wouldn't honeymoon here, but if you need a bed in N Melbourne at a reasonable cost...... it's fine.

My wife and I stayed at the Arden Motel in late December so as to be close to the Peter Mac Cancer Hospital. In all honesty, we found all the staff there to be genuinely very pleasant and friendly, the room quite spacious and the motel is located just a few minutes stroll up to the hospital. All in all, it is a very convenient and comfortable place to stay, especially for those who need accomodation for medical purposes.

The property had everything we needed, was quiet and clean. Providing breakfast was an added bonus, as we didn't have to think about finding some. It was very convenient to Royal Melbourne Hospital, which was very important to us. The staff were very obliging, and pleasant.
