I booked this stay for it's proximity to the hospital district - only a 15min walk, which is terrific. It was quite last minute, which is why I was a bit limited in my room selection. I had a room directly opposite the front door, meaning I could hear people coming and going throughout the night. But there's not much to be done about that. The room was well equipped. Sadly, the carpet was awful. It was so dirty it turned the soles of my feet black. I even washed and dried them and walked on the carpet again just to check it wasn't anything to do with my shoes......but no......it's the carpet. I ended up wearing my shoes the whole time I was in the room when I wanted to walk about. The fridge and cutlery draw was a bit grubby too. The best part was the gentleman behind the reception counter. He's just lovely and very helpful.

It was very convenient for us. Annie was very welcoming and showed us to our appartment. We would stay again when we travel to Melbourne. The appartment had every thing we needed for our stay. It was clean and comfortable, the air conditioning a bonus as the weather was quite warm.

Free onsite parking was a key drawcard. Staff were friendly and our one bedroom apartment had all the usual facilities. Bathroom sink was very tiny and only slightly deeper than the cabinet above. The bedroom was also quite narrow and only had room for one open suitcase. The apartment was located up two flights of stairs so may not suit those with heavy luggage! But these are all minor quibbles. Would happily stay there again.

The apartment was close to public transport, and the area was quiet. The beds were comfortable. The living area was cramped, and the bathroom was very small. The bathroom sink was tiny, and very awkward to use. There was a small lift, but we still had to use steps as well. The staff were friendly.
