The moment you enter the house you will appreciate the zoning and space that two families could easily enjoy, still enjoying their own space. There are 3 out of the 5 good sized bedrooms on the upper level as well as a large living space with TV, perfect for the children to enjoy, there is also a large family bathroom in this zone. Downstairs enjoy a huge living/dining room complete with table tennis table and kitchen space with under stairs bar and full butlers pantry and brand new appliances, stunning concrete floors and bench tops, all flowing out to the amazing deck and BBQ/alfresco space including BBQ and woodfire pizza oven, huge master suite with walk in robe, ensuite and separate space which would be the perfect spot for a portacot for a bub to sleep. There is also a huge bunk room and 3rd WC/powder room.
There is ample parking space down the driveway for boat parking or jet skis, the house is set in a very quiet back beach location and offers a host of amazing features including 2 x split system heating/cooling, TV’s with Chromecast, Herdio / accento sound system, pool, in-built trampoline.
NB. Garage is not for use / aside from kitchen bench the dining table is in the alfresco area.
