We stayed here when visiting Melbourne for a concert at Rod Laver arena. Great apartment - had everything we needed. The cafe and supermarket below were also very handy.

Good location needs on-site staff + customer care
Perfect location and bed was comfortable. Living room set up cozy. I think the room was clean overall but due to the tired state of areas it was difficult to be sure. Many things would be minor maintenance fixes, like a coat of paint over scarred doors etc. As for service...there is no reception and no staff. You have to "pre check-in " online which initially didn’t even work and involved phone calls. I only got out of the carpark because someone else arrived as my fob seemed to stop working. If I stayed again it would be purely based on location.

Location was decent for what we needed. Was reasonably clean but very rundown everything needed a good updating. Sliding doors were scuffed in the paint, towel rail was wobbling out of the wall etc. also very UNSAFE in that the sliding door to the balcony was unable to be locked or latched. We have small children so this was a massive safety concern especially on a high level. They did send someone over to fix it 24 hours later. But also the air conditioning unit on the balcony didn’t have a cover and there were chairs out there which could act as a ladder for small children which also wasn’t very safe when the balcony door was unable to be locked or even latched. It was fairly clean and decent size but location for lockbox and access was very hard to find and definitely had a language barrier when checking in over the phone. It worked for the purpose of our stay but unsure if I would stay again.

Cleanliness of the bathroom and mould throughout the apartment was terrible. No Washing machine detergent was provided nor did the washing machine work. Check in would be a lot more convenient if reception desk was available especially during business hours. There also wasn’t a microwave.

When we came we could smell straigh
When we came we could smell straight away something stinky in the kitchen. Pots are rusty, no knives to use. There were only 2 towels for 5 people booked and no bedding for the fifth person. Only good thing about the place is it is a walking distance to everything you want to look and visit

I loved the area as it was quiet and the laneway was leafy and shaded. I loved the heated roof top swimming pool, great for children. Transport, tram near bye on Victoria Street, IGA, Pizza until 8pm and fish and chips all in laneway.The apartment was managed well only a phone call away from people who navigate problems well are friendly and so very helpful. Late check out, storing baggage prior to check in. The room facilities, washer dryer was convenient, and kitchen very user friendly. I like the furnishings and paitgings on wall.

This place is well located in an upper middle class area over the road from a private hospital suitable support family. Close by variety of eating places a super market and fine dining with in an easy walk.

Reasonable
No information about entry, check in, car parking etc. took 1.5 hrs to get to room, waiting for key codes, finding carpark, then designated park number was wrong, no wifi password. Only 1 small aircon, room faces west and was 31 degress on entry, took until midnight to get to 22. shower and cabinetry is old and tired, needs updating, beds were comfortable.
