Enjoy relaxing on the verandahs of this classic beach shack where the magpies may visit, or walk the beautiful, uncrowded Merricks Beach, only a 5 minute stroll away. High up in the trees there may be a Koala or two or look for the Tawny Frogmouths, Galahs, Black or White Cockatoos, Rainbow Lorikeets, King Parrots and Crimson Rosellas. Step outside in the evening to view the magnificent night sky.

Wineries, top rated restaurants and cafes are a short drive on the picturesque Mornington Peninsula.

The house has been in one family for generations and has operated as a much loved holiday home. Step inside into the main open plan living/dining space with large windows out to the native garden. Off the lounge are three bedrooms, a bathroom/laundry, with separate shower and toilet, and a kitchen with electric oven & hot plates, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and sandwich press.

This place has it all for an enjoyable, relaxing break.

Merricks Beach
We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the relaxed vibe of Merricks Beach. Easy access to the beach, friendly people and lots to see & do. The house was as described and perfect for us. We'll be back!
