This is a shared house. We rent room by room. A large master bed room with private bathroom + bathtub has 2 queen beds + a sofa bed that can fit for 5 people. Many guests rate this house with 5 stars. it is beautiful, luxurious and very comfortable with central Aircon / heating. Walking distance to Springvale train station, busses and shopping / restaurant. It takes approx. 30 minutes by train to the Melbourne City. It is near Monash university and Haileybury Private School. Free parking, treadmill, other gym equipment and bicycle ride. Please come to stay at our beautiful home with friend owner. You will not be disappointed. We have spacious kitchen, large living area for you to enjoy. We have a small little dog-playful and fun.
