Absolutely terrible
Arrived to find used nappies on the entry steps and empty drug bags on the kitchen bench. Our workers refused to stay there as the general condition was terrible. Definitely not fit to be rented out as accommodation. Owners were disgusting to deal with and refused to refund any money. Whatever you do, do not consider this or any of their places to rent

Terrible don't do it to yourself! Old run down unit in box hill. From the minute I arrived I felt disappointed that id paid for such a terrible nights accommodation.

Horrible place!
The place was horrible. We were given a code to get the key. It opened up to a cold place. The thermostat was broken and they only had a fire place. There were instructions on how to use the heater. The remote for the heater had no working batteries. The house stated it had internet but, after texting the owner there was not internet. The 2nd room had a broken light fixture and the beds were not made. The place looked depressing for $99 a night it was highway robbery! Only one set of towels. The toilet didn't have a toilet paper holder. The place was freezing and it was a cold Winters day! I could not communicate with the owner on the phone. She would just text me back answers.

The address of the property is NOT 43, but 42, it's a unit not a Hotel, there was toilet papers, the towel were not to my expectation. It's ridiculous ..

It was really bad. Please be careful when you book this hotel, they try to charge you more if you bring anybody else than the number of person you input during initial booking. The room is totally differnt from what I imagined it is just old smelly house who abandoned after living, it was not good traditional looking house. The owner of the house will ask you send the picture of credit card and pin number, which I didn't and kicked out of house. But I got refund from Hotels.com. Thanks Hotels.com.
