"This was a charming apartment in an old house. It had some imperfections, but most added fun character. Parking was easy and lock codes were provided before our arrival and worked. The stairs are not ideal, but worked for our family. There are long-term residents in the other apartments, but our interactions with them were good and minimal. "This house is on a corner and located in a quiet neighborhood. This listing is a true find. We will stay here every time we come to Paducah! The listing is exactly as described.
