"This is a small, but lovely property, right in the centre of Etretat, but not on a main road. There was parking available in the courtyard and there is a pretty garden. Two bikes were available for us to use too. Francoise was very prompt at arriving, was friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this property for a visit to Etretat."

"The house is as described and well equipped, there was even a shopping trolley we could use. Mickael was an accommodating and responsive host. The distance to the beach was still (just) walkable with our three-year-old. No need for a car - we came by train - or even a bike within town, but we rented some for exploring further out - the Véloroute du Lin by tandem was particularly fun."

"We enjoyed our stay in this property. The weather was superb so we were able to enjoy the well-equipped garden and hot tub. The house was comfortable and had all we needed. It would have been good to have had some personal contact. Otherwise, the only thing we felt was missing was information on the various appliances and also leaflets/details of local places of interest or events. We had been to Honfleur before, but otherwise it was new territory for us."

"From the moment we rolled up to this magical home we knew we had chosen wisely. As described, it really is the only home around and the natural setting is just stunning. We spent time bird watching, star gazing, breathing the fresh air. We took advantage of our proximity to the singular Cliffs of Etretat by easily walking to the sea to watch sunsets. We used the nearby footpath into town to avoid parking hassles. Etretat was full of great spots to eat, as well as shops and other attractions like...

The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean, my mum did find dust in the cupboard in her room but I think most people don't use the cupboards. Overall a beautiful property at a very reasonable price, literally 5 minutes walk from a little beach. If your after a peaceful get away it's perfect."

"The house was clean, most important . Sheets and towels were white, again important. (To me). The courtyard was charming . The location was the best. Church bells ringing, patisseries nearby , wonderful restaurants, beautiful atmosphere. The caretaker was wonderful, responsive immediately. I would only suggest an upgrade to the cooking pots. "Despite the fact that the house go back to the former century it is very well maintained it has a lot of charme with a huge garden and beautifull trees. Inside the house everything is present ..just buy your fresh food and you are set .
