All staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and easy. Nothing was too much to ask for. From the moment we checked in, Marvella who greeted us, we were welcomed with Balinese fine hospitality and her service was exceptional. Food presentation 5star and delicious, especially fluffy pancakes of a morning! Cynthia and team brilliant at service. Our massages with Rusma & Devi memorable and great at their art.
