You will find a spacious and modern 3-room apartment with an area of 68 to 71 square meters. The living/dining room features a double sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a dining table, international TV channels, and a flat screen. This room has an exit to the balcony or terrace. There is one room with a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), and a bath/WC. Another room offers two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). The apartment has parquet floors throughout.

The apartment is well-equipped with a kitchen that includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, an electric coffee machine, and Capsules for the coffee machine (Nespresso) are provided extra. Other amenities include a shower, separate WC, underfloor heating, a hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access. Outside, you'll find a balcony of 5 square meters or a terrace of 7 square meters, both with a south-west facing position.
