A parking is available and included in the price. It is a large room with dining table, a sofa, a double bed (160x200) and a well equipped kitchen with ceramic box (four hobs), oven, granite coverage and large fridge. Shower / WC incl. Hair dryer available. The whole object has been created according to ecological and building biology criteria.

The garden has a table and four chairs are available. Deckchairs, parasol and barbecue on request. Public transport (bus to Lucerne) is in three minutes walking distance (bus ride into the center of Lucerne about 20 minutes). The public transport operates daily in the Viet- to half-hourly cycle until late in the evening from Lucerne and back.

Walks in the nearby Meggerwald (zone of national importance) are possible within a few minutes. The distance to the lake is about 15 minutes.
