"Cheap and very basic. Handy to find somewhere for £60 a night that has a fridge, mini kitchen. Underground parking cost extra. Breakfast was basic, not much choice. Worst thing was that it’s right on top of railway lines and from about 5am onwards you hear a loud alarm going off (to warn of an oncoming train) followed by the thunderous noise of the train going past "

"We had a pleasant two night stay at Auberge des Grands Bois. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. It could have benefited from air conditioning but there was a Dyson Air Fan available and fortunately the weather was not too warm. The staff were friendly and breakfast was delivered to the room. I had to call to get someone to tell me how to gain access to the apartment. The resort were going to charge me for parking but I showed that the listing stated parking was included. When we got into the apartment there were no towels or bedding. Had to call again. Was told that the listing stated that this was not included....

"While proximity to the train station and Geneva is desirable, I would not recommend staying at this accommodation. The listing deceitful and way to expensive for what it is. Walls are paper thin, no security or people at the check in counter, bed is horribly uncomfortable. We had to beg for soap and toilet paper. Not a suitable accommodation "

"It was off-season so hardly anyone was there. My room was terrific with a mini-sauna on the deck. Staff was very friendly. Easy walk into town with the plenty of dining options (during the season that is). A very nice place and a great stay. "

"Great location near the bus stop & bottom of Perriers lift. The kitchen/living room was a great space to relax in the evenings. Good wifi, tv with lots of DVDs and games & everything you need in the kitchen. Only negative was one of us needing to go into town to pick up the keys on arrival but luckily we know the village & we were able to get into apartment entrance with kids & cases rather than wait in the cold.
