"Hosts offered to pickus up at airport. Accepted offer but no show. Cutlery supplied 2 cups 2 plastic glasses. We puchased crockery and cutlery. No hot water for 5 days, therefore no shower. Kettle died, replacement disgusting full of scale and leaked. Aircon didnot work a lot of noise for nil. Left cleaning solution in cups but no rinsing. "We stayed 8 days for a special mother-daughter trip. We were lucky to get a surprise upgrade to a suite with a hot tub and breathtaking view. At night the views were a dream. Chrysa and the reception team were excellent! Communication was A . The breakfast was delicious and could be customized daily at request. Transportation services were excellent and timely. We safely visited Oia, Fira, and Perissa thanks to them. Airport transfers were effortless. Thank you all for an incredible stay!!!"
