"Overall we enjoyed our stay at Portou House. Our room was on the top floor. There was some hanging space but not a lot of storage other than one drawer. The bed was really comfortable and toiletries and a hairdryer were peovided. The room would benefit from soundproofing as there was a bit of noise from a nearby restaurant, however this did not spoil our stay. The rooms are in a great location. We would definitely return. "

"This place was very nice and clean, well-stocked, and extremely comfortable beds. Be aware, it is on a very busy street, but still was so nice! Walking distance to the port, maybe 10-12 minutes, restaurants and small stores plus larger ones very close. Bus station to Reythymo-Heraklion also within walking distance.
