Our room was pleasant, clean, seemingly recently refurbished, and very well appointed / designed / set out, with guests’ convenience in mind. We got 2 single beds and the lake view was a very small piece of water between buildings on either side of the street. Reception were not helpful, arguing we had what we booked but I don’t think that is correct. No alternative was offered nor any discount for our disappointment. "It is a bit difficult to find the hotel and the roads around such do little to help but....it is worth it. Traditional hotel in an excellent position on the Lake. Easy to visit other areas Staff could not have been more helpful. "
