Tiny Home with one Queen bed on main floor and one Queen bed in loft. Sleeps: 4 Pets: Max 2 Please note, this home does have a sleeping area in a loft accessed by a ladder. If you require an accommodation with more accessibility, please give our Office a call. The Home includes two burner induction cook-top, toaster, microwave, single Keurig coffee maker and mini fridge. Dishes, silverware and pans provided. Shower, sink & toilet. Towels, shampoo & soap provided. Unit has an on-demand water heater. There is a Smart TV downstairs. You can sign into and watch your streaming services (Netflix, Amazon, etc) on the TV, we do not provide any TV services/cable at this time. Outside we offer a picnic table, BBQ propane grill, and chairs. Two parking spaces for Farmhouse and they are behind the Tiny Home and labeled. A one-time cleaning fee of $45 will be added to your stay at checkout. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for a one-time, non-refundable fee of $50.
