"This place is full of rustic charm, beautiful scenery, cozy nooks and stories - whether told by Kelly himself, through his vast library of books or the gallery of photographs taken by Kelly in each cabin. "I wish we could have stayed longer. Very nice cabin in a beautiful area. Very clean and well equipped. A perfect place to get away but not too far from town. We saw some elk, eagles and ducks from the front porch. The aspens were awesome and we loved the drive up on the Flat Tops. The fall colors were unreal."

"Cabin needs mouse control and floor repair and longer shower curtain. Location is great. Caught 5 fish in an hour by the cabin. 4 Brook, 1 rainbow. All released. Saw 73 species of birds in the area."

"Good communication with owners. Loved the fire pit and outdoor lighting and BBQ area. Cabin was a little chilly but a heater was provided in a bedroom. Beds were a little small but comfortable. Had a good time soaking up the fall colors and excellent location to USFS and fishing. Quiet neighbors."
