"The owner or manager was quite accommodating with early checkin for our luggage and let us use her mini refrigerator. She was very friendly and gave us a tour of this 1889 home. She made a delicious breakfast accommodating my gluten and dairy intolerance. The bed and room were totally comfortable! The only drawbacks were sharing the bathroom with the three other rooms making six people using the one bathroom. A water filter is also needed for the brown water."

"1735 is an excellent little get-a-way, I booked it for my girlfriend’s birthday as a bed and breakfast and it did not disappoint. "Hard to decide where to begin…one of the nicest rental homes in the Windham area! Outside amenities are incredible - the firepit is amazing, the outdoor kitchen provides so many wonderful options (outdoor pizza oven was a hit) The inside provides fabulous space for all - even when the weather doesn’t cooperate. Rick and Alan were a pleasure to deal with. We look forward to a return trip!"
