You will be staying in a cozy 4-room villa spanning 170 square meters across two levels. The spacious living/dining room features satellite TV (flat screen) and air conditioning, with an exit leading to the terrace and swimming pool. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. One shower/WC is located on the ground floor. The upper floor consists of three bedrooms: one room with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning, and an exit to the balcony; another room with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning, also with an exit to the balcony; and a third room with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning. A second shower/WC is located on the upper floor. The villa is equipped with forced-air heating.
