On the first floor of Villa MaVeRo is the apartment with 59 m2, ideal for 3 people. It is possible for an additional person in consultation with the owner. The apartment consists of a spacious hall that leads to all the rooms in the apartment. It has a chest of drawers with mirror, built-in wardrobe and a balcony to dry clothes. The bedroom has a double bed 160/200 cm, single bed 90/200 cm, chest of drawers, a dressing table and mirror. From the bedroom you enter the balcony with furniture, which offers a view of the villa's park full of blooming trees and flowers of the season.

The living room consists of a living room with a 80/200 cm bed / sofa, a table with 4 chairs, a chest of drawers with satellite TV. Furthermore, it is possible to take a bed of 80/200 cm. The working part of the living room is a kitchen with a stove with 2 electric and gas hobs, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine for German guests, espresso coffee for Italian visitors. From the living room you access the covered roof terrace, which has garden furniture for 4 people, where you can dine in all weather conditions. The terrace offers a splendid view of the park of the villa.

The bathroom is specially designed. Under the sloping roof is a bathroom with shower, shelves for towels, bathroom with built-in sink, bidet and toilet. The bathroom has an ironing board, an iron and a hairdryer. The price includes: cooling (air conditioning), gas heating radiator, unlimited wireless internet access, bed linen (change every 7 days), towels (three per person, change every third day), tablecloths, tea towels. For starters, you have all the cleansers and shampoos needed for hygiene, toilet paper. The apartment is specially cleaned and disinfected with a steam cleaner. Laundry is possible, in agreement with the owner in the Villa room equipped with washing machine.
