"The apartment is beautiful. Right in the centre of Dinan with plenty of shops restaurants and tourist attractions. Parking was the main issue for us. We were informed by the host to park on the ‘Hotel du Villa’ car park and not to take a ticket otherwise you will be charged. There is no way you can enter the car park without taking a ticket. "Up 4 Flights of Stairs (5th floor for us Americans) and no elevator. That was not in the description or we would have booked another place. We had luggage and were traveling with seniors. The host was not responsive. He provided an incorrect code for the door. Luckily someone in our party guessed the last digit was wrong or we might still be waiting to get in. "We loved our two-room apartment in Dinan. It was conveniently located, comfortable and clean. We did laundry, we used the kitchen appliances, everything worked flawlessly. "Firstly a big thank you to the staff - without doubt they make this aparthotel welcoming and are very helpful. The car park is easy to access & secure. The room we had was fine, reasonably modern with everything we needed. Being on the first floor we did suffer from quite a lot of fan noise from the next building if we wanted to keep the window open. The gym was a bonus. The position of the accommodation is a 10 to 15 minute walk to the centre though buses are available. It's a pleasant area...
