"The check in staff was nice and friendly. The antico residence hotel is under ABC hotel so go to ABC hotel instead. The location is good near train station and city center but if your room window is facing the station then you have to close the window all the time to avoid noise. "Betty’s House….what an amazing B&B. It’s a hidden gem. Rooms are lovely, clean and spacious with a beautiful balcony overlooking the garden/pool area. Breakfast was fab. Defo plentiful and a good variety of it. What’s makes this place even more beautiful is the owner Betty. What a lovely, friendly and helpful lady. Really enjoyed our stay. "Pictures are not accurate. The check-in is in hotel around the corner. There is no river view. One window did not have a heavy curtain to keep out the light, so I tried to shut the shutters which did not work. The room had one lightbulb out that never got replaced. The walls are paper thin, so I could hear residents talking in their rooms. 10AM check-out is too early. Location is the best asset. "

"We arrived very late but this was pre arranged. The owners were welcoming and accommodating. Let us buy some water from the little shop they have. Room was clean. Shower leaked but otherwise was fine. Parking free right outside. My kids managed to spill drink all over the floor at breakfast and the lady was so kind, cleared it all with no issue. "We stayed at Prati Palai as part of our honeymoon, and it was everything! You can feel the attention to detail, the guests, and Bardolino culture. Our Jr. Suite was a massive size, which was perfect as we experienced some rain. We preferred to walk down to Bardolino and to other towns as well, but with plenty of parking, I know many guests drove and came and went. It truly was a relaxing and bucket list experience. "

"This property is awesome. The views are different from each unit, but the one we had was beautiful. The unit was roomy, comfortable. The employees at the office are very pleasant and helpful.
