"The location is good in the old town (medina) of Tangier. Service was excellent all the way through and the hotel can offer you many different trips and other services at competitive prices. Rooms are clean and the decoration is nice. There is a restaurant at the hotel with nice views and traditional Moroccoan food. A traditional Moroccoan breakfast is served to table in the same place. The breakfast was, in other words, a bit sweet for us Scandinavians but nevertheless enjoyable. You can exchange money at the reception. All in all, we highly recommend this hotel on the basis of location for those who want to be in the medina, and value for money."

"I like the clean rooms, delicious breakfast with good variety and excellent service from the staff. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance that serve decently good food as well. Can also take a stroll at the beach in the evening just to chill. Very relaxing. "

"The location is great. The rooftop patio & dining area offer a wonderful view of the Port & Bay of Tangier. I've can see Tarifa, Spain and Gibralter across the Straight. The rooms are spacious, well furnished & confortable. The Mosque is just accross the alley, so you will hear the call to prayers early in the morning. The Petit Socco is just up the street and the Grand Socco is a short stroll. The streets and alleys are steep and can be slippery when wet. The staff of Dar Yasmin is very nice & helpful. We are returning for another night, to stay before departing across the Straight of Gibralter."

"We absolutely loved the ambience and decor in this traditional Moroccan guesthouse. Our room and terrace had beautiful views overlooking the city, and the staff was so helpful and friendly. The food for breakfast was excellent, and we loved the central location inside the Kasbah and near the Medina. We highly recommend this hotel. "
