WOW! It's been a long time since I've encountered such deep commitment to customer service and engagement! Did I mention the gorgeous rooms? As nice as the pictures are, they DO NOT do the rooms (and the bathrooms justice!) I'll definitely be back!"

"NEED actual TV remote control for the TV itself to adjust the brightness. TV was WAY too bright for viewing in the dark. I stay in the hotel to recover from Jet Lag from Asia and sleep at odd hours."
