"Enjoyed the open floor plan. Plenty of space for the entire family and pets. Close to everything in town. We had some issues with the microwave since it kept locking us out and you have to unlug it to get it to open again. Shower was on timer and shot ice cold water with no warning. The backyard has thorny twigs which I had to pull out of my dogs paw. Those are some things that could use some improvements."

"We have stayed there twice now. Our art gallery reception was last night in Medford. Today I visited a friend in Ashland. Debbie’s Diner is very close for breakfast and Starbucks down the road. The house has an elegant feel to it, high ceilings and lots of windows to the backyard. Thank you so much."

"This house is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood but really centrally located to surrounding amenities. A beautiful and clean home - love the way it is decorated!! Jill was a great host. Her response time to any communication was almost instant."

"We enjoyed celebrating Christmas with family in Ashland at this very convenient VRBO. Having the fully fenced yard was great for our dog, and there are a couple parks within walking distance for more dog walking. The hot tub was delightful! On Hanukkah/Christmas, we enjoyed the easy walk to downtown Ashland to see the lights and celebrations. The owner was fantastic! When I asked if we could host the big family dinner at the VRBO on Christmas, he brought over more tables and chairs, and also...

"The house is nice. All of the beds are comfortable. Living and dining area has plenary of seating. I would add some additional wine glasses. But that’s just saying that we like good wine. Be careful backing out of the driveway. Nick was easy to communicate with. Enjoy "

"Address and location of house was not correct, but we found it behind the house with our address. The VRBO address does not match the actual house location. Two coffee pots that did not work. After some convincing we were brought a new one. Five women stayed so a few more towels would have been helpful. And, no access to washer and dryer if your visit is short ( that should be noted in the description). Overall , we really enjoyed our stay and the location was great!"

"The owners provided detailed instructions on how to find and access the property. The home is delightfully decorated with dragons galore. I considered counting them all, but soon gave up the plan as too time-consuming! The property feels remote, with views of the hills. The house is surrounded by grass, trees, and a fence obscuring the farther houses. We couldn’t hear the freeway from the house. The hosts live next door, and greeted us briefly when we arrived. "We rented the house during Christmas break and it was absolutely wonderful for our large family. Everyone had enough sleeping space, the house was clean, cozy, and welcoming. The view of the mountains and countryside is also a plus! Everything worked out - and the hot tub was a nice addition. The house is even stocked with toys and books for children and plenty of towels and linens. We enjoyed cooking in kitchen as well. This is a great spot! "

"The Double Bed Futon on the listing is inaccurate since the couch does not fold out. The property itself was great and perfect for our girl's weekend to see the plays! Within walking distance to the theatres. I liked how the bathrooms had the sinks separate from the toilet and shower room. Great for friends."
